About me

My name is Nuria, I'm an artist from Spain who has been drawing for more than 15 years both traditionally and digitally. And I try to improve my skills daily!Throughout the years I have learned sketching, figures, drawing, painting and sculpting while using different mediums.
I am currently focusing on 2D backgrounds and 3D props and environments. But I like dabbling in character creation and animation, among other things.My interests also include learning languages and playing games.

TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. The commission information provided on this website is for personal use only. You can use it as an icon/banner, etc. but you cannot directly profit off the work, such as selling prints/merch/nft of it. (Please email me for commercial enquiries! there will be an extra fee for commercial rights which is open for negotiation depending on the intention and scale). I do not consent to my works being used to feed AI generators either.

  2. Continuing the above statement, you may not resell the commission pieces or designs. You may not enter them to art competitions or profit off my work in any way.

  3. You may not edit, alter or trace the commission without my expressed, written permission.

  4. I own rights to the work and it may be posted to my social media.

  5. Commissions will take me anytime for up to three months maximum upon starting the commission depending on my situation. I put a lot of hours into my drawings so please be patient with me! Feel free to ask for any updates if there hasn't been one in a while, but I'll mainly update for each step and check with you (thumbnails, sketch with flats, etc.).

  6. I have the right to refuse any commission request without needing to offer an explanation.

  7. I reserve the right to stop working on a commission or cancel it due to poor communication or rude and inappropriate behaviour (see PAYMENT to check how this affects refunds).

  8. If the commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied, to be defined and agreed upon prior to starting the work, depending on the deadline.

  9. All commissions are sent to you as a full res .png, .jpeg sized down for social media. There is no physical product, everything is digital. I am not responsible for printing the commission.

  10. Additionally if you post it you must credit me as the creator.

  11. If you are under 18, you must supply contact information for a parent or guardian. I reserve the right to contact the parent/guardian of an underaged client to ensure there is no breach in the TOS and that the client is able to pay for the commission.

  12. UPON PAYMENT YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS ABOVE AND/OR THE TERMS LISTED IN THE INVOICE IF THERE NEEDED TO BE ANY CHANGES. PLEASE READ THROUGH CAREFULLY.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is through Paypal (or Bizum/Bank transfer if you are from Spain or Europe). All prices are expressed in Euro (€); the client is responsible for providing the correct amount, equal to the € amount. If the commission is accepted you will have to send the correct amount. I will not accept crypto currency as payment.

  • If the invoice isn't fully paid within 24 hours I will cancel the commission. *In special circumstances I will agree to do a 50/50 payment: You make a deposit of 50% of the price before I start and the rest before I send you the finished piece.

  • Paying the invoice means you accepted the TERMS OF SERVICE listed above.

  • There are no refunds unless I cannot complete the commission. If you cancel the commission once I have started it, I will keep the money. If I cancel the commission you will receive 100% of your money back. Any aggressive behaviour towards me during the commission process will cause me to cancel the commission and you will receive 50% of your money back.

  • Realistic/Semirealistic style and drawings in certain videogame styles (can attempt other styles if provided with reference)

  • Humans or Humanoids

  • Original Characters (OCs)

  • Reference sheets (still in experimental phase)

  • Mild NSFW

  • Fantasy creatures

  • Backgrounds and environments

  • (Open to pretty much everything depending on the commission, feel free to ask)

  • If you're wanting to commission me about 3D art, please DM or email me

WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW

  • Anime style

  • Hyperrealistic animals or textures

  • Heavy gore and certain NSFW requests

  • Any hateful content towards race, LGBTQ+ or any other minority/community

  • Art intended to be sold as NFT or involved with anything related to cryptocurrency

  • Art intended to be used to train AI or promote AI art

I have the right to decline a commission if it's not something I am comfortable producing

HOW TO ORDER AND PROCESS

  1. Contact me via DM on Twitter (nuriatheartist), or by sending me an email regarding your commission.

  2. Include the type, references and request (pose, colours etc.) Be as detailed as possible. A simple doodle of the idea you have in mind is more than acceptable! If you don't provide enough details or references, I reserve the right to have creative liberty. (If you need help to provide me with the information necessary I will help you)

  3. Once I have received the payment, I will start sketching and will send it to you asap.

  4. Major revisions (poses, composition, etc.) can only be requested during the sketching phase. During the rendering phase, only minor ones can be requested (minor colour and pose changes, etc.) If you want any major changes there will be a fee.

  5. Please be aware that depending on the commission it might take longer, but I will keep you updated throughout the entire rendering process.

  6. Once finished*, I will send you the fullsized png file via email. *If we agreed to do a 50/50 payment, I will send you the finished piece once I am paid the second half of the agreed price.
